1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tan Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd (Company No. 202601004821), of 25, Jalan Sutera Utama, Taman Sutera Utama, 81300 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia (“we”, “us”), processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). 2. Data we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your enquiry and your marketing preferences.
  • Technical information: with your consent, information about how you use our website, collected through cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Client data: when we run campaigns for clients, we process their customers’ data on the client’s instructions and only for that purpose.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
  • To prepare proposals and provide our services.
  • To send you marketing communications, only where you have agreed.
  • To improve our website and services.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Providing your name, email and message is necessary for us to reply. All other information is optional.

4. Marketing communications

We only send marketing emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages if you have opted in. Consent for each channel is separate and is never a condition of using our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in an email, replying STOP to an SMS, or emailing info@silverbrookdigital.com.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as email, SMS and hosting providers, under appropriate contractual safeguards. Some providers may store data outside Malaysia; where this happens we take steps to ensure it is adequately protected. We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, typically seven years for accounting records.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to and correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, and limit how we process it. We may charge a small fee for access requests as permitted by law, and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
