Do you only work with clients in Johor?
No. We are based in Johor Bahru but work with clients across Malaysia. Most of our work is done remotely, and we are happy to meet in person when it helps.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No long lock-ins. Single campaigns have a fixed scope, and monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the channels, the volume of work and your goals. After a free discovery call we send a clear written proposal with a fixed fee, so there are no surprises.
Is SMS marketing still effective?
Yes, when it is done well. SMS is read quickly and works especially well for time-limited offers, reminders and order updates. The key is to message people who have opted in, keep it short and make it relevant.
Can you send SMS to a list I bought?
No. We only send messages to people who have agreed to hear from you. Purchased lists hurt deliverability, damage your brand and can breach data protection law. We can help you build an opt-in list properly.
How do recipients opt out?
Every promotional message includes a simple opt-out instruction, such as replying STOP. Opt-outs are processed promptly and those numbers are excluded from future campaigns.
What advertising budget do I need?
Enough to collect meaningful data within a few weeks. We will suggest a test budget based on your market and goals, then scale what works.
Will I own my ad accounts?
Yes. Ad accounts, tracking and data stay in your name. We work with access you grant and you can remove it at any time.
How quickly will I see results?
SMS campaigns show results within days. Paid advertising usually needs two to six weeks of testing and optimisation before performance settles.
How do you handle personal data?
